Summer Conditioning

Embark on a fitness journey this summer with Elite FT's Summer Conditioning program! Designed for boys and girls aged 10-12; 13+, this program promises to enhance overall conditioning through a variety of engaging activities. Participants will delve into sled pushes, battle ropes, plyometrics, short and long sprint work, as well as strength and core exercises. The dynamic training sessions will take place at different locations at The Sports Academy, including The Annex turf, the field, and outdoors, ensuring a fun and varied experience for all!

Holiday Shores Summer Soccer

Elite FT debuts our first camp at Holiday Shores! We offer weekly training sessions on Saturday mornings for kids PreK through 8th grade. The sessions will consist of age-appropriate skill development, followed by a small-sided game. These games will focus on developing field awareness and proper playing habits. Most importantly, the kids will learn and have fun playing soccer. We can't wait to play soccer with you! Where: Holiday Shores (tee-ball field)-1 Holiday Point Parkway, Edwardsville IL 62025 Who: 9:00-9:55AM Age 2-3 w/parent (9:20-9:55am) 1st/2nd; 3rd/4th Grade  10:00-10:55AM PreK/Kindergarten 5th-8th Grade *Note: Grades listed are grades they are entering fall of 2024 When: 7 sessions Saturdays Dates: June 8, 15, 22, 29; July 13, 20, 27 (Off July 6th) $112-$140 Includes a T-Shirt Registration Deadline: Saturday, June 1st

Holy Trinity Fall PreK Camp

Elite FT returns to Holy Trinity for the Fall PreK Camp! FUN soccer games and activities will be showcased during each session of this camp to help these young players develop basic motor skills, coordination, and balance. We can't wait to play soccer with you!
