Elite FT Standard Discounts:

(only one discount applies)

20% off - Group Discount

• Must have 6 or more athletes per group
• Must have one point person (coach/manager/parent) who communicates with Elite FT
• Siblings of these 6 or more teammates/players DO qualify for the discount
• The discount applies to each athlete
• To register online, have point person contact Elite FT. Point person will receive a code that he/she can give to all athletes. Each parent will then indiviudally register online and type in the specified code at checkout to receive the 20% off
• To register with check or cash, have point person collect and turn in all registration sheets and payments together.

15% off - Loyalty Program Discount

• Must currently be attending 6 Week Program
• Must register at Registration Table during a current 6 Week Program
• Must complete registration form (found on website or at registration table)
• Must pay in full (check/cash/credit card)
• Valid for any program within the 6 Week Program
• Does not count towards any other training program (Individual, Team, Club, Camps, etc.)
• No refunds if previously purchased.  HOWEVER, if previously purchased a program without prior knowledge of the Elite FT Loyalty Program, the customer will receive a credit towards a future 6 Week Program, not money back

10% off - Multiple Camp Discount

• Athlete must attend multiple camps in current season (summer, winter, etc)
• Camps must all be registered and paid for at the same time
• The discount applies to the total of all camps
• Can pay online or with check/cash

10% off - Family Discount

• Must be siblings/parent/child (cousins do not qualify)
• Camps must all be registered and paid for at the same time
• Each family member receives the discount (not just the 2nd and 3rd, etc)
• Can pay online or with check/cash

10% off - Military Discount

• Must  be willing to show proof if asked
• Each family member receives the discount (not just the 2nd and 3rd, etc)
• Can pay online or with check/cash
• If paying online, at checkout, simply type in the case sensitive code: military

Elite FT Refund and Make Up Policy

Refunds

If you registered for a camp, but can no longer attend:

• Elite FT must be notified more than 48 hours prior to the camp
• There will be a $10 administration fee to camps paid by checks
• There will be a $15 administration fee to camps paid by credit card

Credit

• If you can no longer attend a camp but would like a credit to be used at a later camp or switch weeks of camp, there is no administration fee.

Win a Camp and Want a Refund

• If you win a free camp in a Facebook Competition, at E-FesT or any community event such as trivia nights and would like a refund: We do not give refunds in these cases.  We do, however, give credit towards a future 6 Week Program.  Not money back.

After the Fact

If you registered for a camp and did not show up for any reason (forgot, injury, vacation, etc) and did not contact Elite FT prior to camp, a refund or credit will not be given. This is due to the fact that we had to staff camp assuming you were attending.

Weather

Refunds will not be given due to weather. In the case of inclement weather, we may do any of the following:

• Move indoors
• Add a session
• Extend another sessions total time
• Give a Free Session Card to be used at a later date
