- Can only attend 4-5 of the 6 sessions? No problem. Attend any of the other days/locations to make up for the conflicts.
The 6 Week Program started in 2010. This year round program is designed to meet once a week for 6 weeks and then take a week off to educate the Staff through The Elite Way! and then resume for 6 more weeks. The programs that are offered annually in the 6 Week Program are: Strength & Speed (S & S), Juniors, Soccer Skills and Individual/Team Training. We also offer Goalkeeping for Soccer Players in the winter. The 6 Week Program is offered at The Sports Academy in Glen Carbon (Tuesdays and Thursdays), Nautilus in Alton (Sundays), O'Fallon Sports Park in O'Fallon (Wednesdays), and Sports Blast in Carbondale (Thursdays) year round.PROGRAMMING
Our Directors write progressive training programs for each class. For example, we have Josh Boyd’s Soccer Skills. All locations will do this program in Spring 1. Then, for Spring 2, all locations will follow the Tim Vance’s Soccer Skills program. So, we continue to rotate the programs so that each 6 Week Program is new and exciting for the athletes.
