Elite FT offers GK Camps year round. These camps utilize smaller groups to focus on specific aspects of a GK’s game. The proper fundamentals of diving correctly, developing softer hands, punting the ball, becoming quicker, increasing positional awareness and realizing the confidence to challenge a breakaway, are taught in an intense, personal environment.

Elite FT also offers Private GK Training. This training involves the Goalkeeper alone with the EFT GK Trainer. Through 1 one 1 training, the GK will be allowed to choose the area of his/her game that he/she would like to improve.

Donny Sheehan, McKendree College GK Trainer, is the EFT GoalKeeper Training Director. Other GK trainers include, Meghann Burke of River Cities FC, Brian Forrest of the St. Louis Lions and other local college players and coaches.
