Elite FT Athletic Performance helps athletes of all sports become faster, more explosive, and more confident in competition. Through fun, age-appropriate training, athletes improve their speed, quickness, jumping ability, balance, coordination, power, and overall movement.
Whether your child plays soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, baseball, softball, or another sport, this program develops the athletic foundation needed to perform at a higher level and gain an edge over the competition.
Camp details:
Dates: Thursdays, November 5, 12, 19; December 3, 10, 17 (Off Thanksgiving Week)
Time:
- 6:00-6:55pm - 6th-8th Grade
- 7:00-7:55pm - 2nd/3rd; 4th/5th Grade
