Winter 1 Practice-n-Play Indoor League
Practice-n-Play is an indoor instructional league for players looking to be a part of a team, learn new skills and play with friends. Sign up individually or with friends and we will place them on a team together. Players will practice once a week and play games on the weekend. All practices and games will be coached by our Elite FT Coaches.

- PreK through 8th Grade
- Boys & girls, no experience necessary
- 6 Week Indoor League
- Weeks of November 1 - December 13
- Off Thanksgiving Week-November 23-28
- 12 sessions (6 practices plus 6 games)
- All age groups will meet 2 times per week - One practice plus one game
- List 1-2 players you would like to play with
- We provide experienced coaches educated through "The Elite Way!"
- We provide each player with a team shirt

Practice Times:
- PreK class option - Monday - 5:30-6:25pm and/or Saturday 8:30-9:25am
- Kindergarten - Monday or Wednesday - 5:30-6:25pm
- 1st Grade - Monday - 6:30-7:25pm or Wednesday - 5:30-6:25pm
- 2nd/3rd Grade - Monday - 6:30-7:25pm or Thursday - 5:30-6:25pm
- 4th/5th Grade - Wednesday or Thursday - 6:30-7:25pm
- 6th-8th Grade - Wednesday or Thursday - 6:30-7:25pm
Age groups may be combined for games due to number of signups
Game Times
- K-8th grades have one game every Saturday beginning November 7 -December 19 (OFF November 28 for Thanksgiving)
- Game times will be announced via email the week of November 1st prior to your first game. Games will be between 8:30am - 2:30pm and we begin with the younger age groups first and work our way through to the older groups.
- Games will be manufactured so that they are appropriate for competition. This means that players may change from team-to-team midgame, in order to keep all games competitive

Elite FT Skills Lab Take your technical game to the next level in the Elite FT Skills Lab—an exclusive, high-intensity training experience designed for players who want to improve faster. Limited to just 5 players , each session provides individualized coaching, constant feedback, and hundreds of ball touches in a focused training environment. Every activity is completed independently, allowing players of varying ages and skill levels to develop at their own pace while being challenged to reach their technical potential. Week 1 – Ball Mastery Build the foundation of every great player by developing exceptional control with every surface of both feet. Increase confidence, coordination, and comfort on the ball through challenging technical exercises. Week 2 – Speed on the Ball Learn to control the ball at top speed. Players will improve quickness, ball manipulation, and the ability to dribble with confidence while maintaining close control under pressure and in tight spaces. Week 3 – First Touch A great first touch creates the next play. Players will learn to receive the ball with purpose, positioning it for their next pass, dribble, or shot instead of simply stopping it. Week 4 – Soccer IQ Train your mind as much as your feet. Through Elite FT's Fast Feet equipment, players will improve scanning, awareness, decision-making, and the ability to think one step ahead of the game.
