- Ages - Professionals, those Aspiring to be Pro, College and Upper Classmen in High School
- Levels: Club, High School, College and Pro
- This ELITE-level summer and winter program is designed to prepare athletes for the upcoming season or tryout with a complete balance of physical training, technical skill development, tactical preparation, and mental training. Along with intense training, players will 'play' at every session! Our staff will consist of Elite FT Directors, as well as special Guest Coaches including ProCo Director and former STLFC Captain, Sam Fink!
2025 Summer ProCo Details:
- Weeks of June 9, 16, 23; July 7, 14, 21, 28 (off 4th of July week)
- Monday/Thursday at O'Fallon Sports Park-301 Obernuefemann Rd, O'Fallon IL
- 7:30-8:25pm
- Tuesday/Wednesday at The Sports Academy-101 The Game Drive, Glen Carbon IL
- 8:30-9:25pm
